INTRODUCTION OF RESEARCH PLAN

            The Project "HOW TO ASSESS AND IMPROVE  THE READING AND  WRITING SKILLS  IN FIRST PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY COURSE AT  SIMON BOLIVAR INSTITUTE THROUGH THE HELP OF QUIZLET IN GOOGLE CLASSROOM PLATFORM TO REACH  A COLLABORATIVE LEARNING FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES? In Guayaquil-Ecuador, school year 2017-2018, is focused on the difficulties students (TECHNICIANS) have when they perform their reading and  writing skills, due to the lack of pedagogical strategies and the didactic reading and writing resources in order to motivate students in the process of learning a foreign language for a professional purpose rather than academic.

            My goal is to implement the application of the different Didactic and technological Resources and Pedagogical Strategies, to help English teachers in the development of these important skills. Reading and Writing are fundamental skills in the process of decoding instruction books and create new plastic products, too

     Education in general needs technology however since computers have been introduced in language learning all people have asked ourselves if the investment on technology gives us real value. The only truth is that digital technology is the owner of new generations although we have to assure that the use of technology around us is efficiently used.

Sharma and Motteram (2009) indicated that "What is a contender for a methodology that is central to the world of technology and language learning is that of blended learning (p.7). There are a variety of platforms that teachers use to convince society about the impact of the development of pedagogy. Every day we see teachers trying to persuade parents and students to use some of them. It is common to hear some like the flipped classroom, which apparently occurs at home, and some other that happens in the class. I want to apply an innovative tool that focuses the attention on adult learners of a public institute in a technological career. My student’s level is A2 according to the Common European Framework Reference.

  • Prepare a proposal to participate in a professional event.

  • Prepare the presentation (poster or research session).

  • Design visual aids for the presentation.

  • Communicate with a professional speech: clear, and coherent.
